When you need someone to come into your home because you are struggling to understand your own child it’s an incredibly vulnerable place to find yourself in. Monica is all the things you need in that moment: professional, adept, and confident in her expertise but empathetic, flexible, and collaborative in her approach. I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly.

Monica came into our lives at such an uncertain and critical stage - our son was diagnosed with autism at the start of the pandemic and we were blessed to have been connected to her as our BCBA and our voice of reason. She had a calming effect on us at a time when we had so many questions and concerns about the diagnosis and how the pandemic would play a factor in our son’s treatment. For the first several months of our son’s therapy, we were exclusively on zoom. Monica showed up every morning with the same level of enthusiasm and commitment as she did for our in-person sessions later on. Her observation and feedback gave my husband and I the training we needed to engage with our son in a meaningful way. We immediately saw positive changes in our son’s behavior and level of engagement. Not only was Monica prepared with strategies and methods we could incorporate into our lives, but she also provided supporting documentation we could refer to in order to educate ourselves and have a deeper understanding of our son’s struggles. I’m convinced that our son would not have made as much progress early on in his diagnosis if we didn’t have Monica in our lives. She’s unbelievably prepared, knowledgeable and highly intuitive when engaging with kiddos. We should all have a Monica in our lives- autism or not!

Monica was very patient, caring, loving, and extremely helpful. We are so grateful for all the help and resources she provided our little boy. Every session helped him with behavioral skills and regulated his emotions. Everything felt handled with so much detail and care. To this day we have a special place in our hearts for Monica for all the help she provided. We saw great improvements in our little one's developmental skills. Thank you Monica for your services!

Monica is a thoughtful, caring, and hardworking professional who provides a rich experience for children. Her approach includes an environment where children and their parents can safely navigate their interactions within a context of sensitivity and consideration toward their individual differences. Her philosophy is a hybrid between relationship-based, developmental, and behavioral approaches. Monica includes the family as part of the assessment and intervention process and has the greatest respect for all caregivers and the children she is treating. I highly recommend Monica to support and care for your family and your child.

Monica Frank is an amazingly dedicated BCBA. Monica worked diligently with our son Eli and was one of the big reasons during COVID he got such great services as well as became verbal. Monica is an amazingly empathetic individual who really cares for the kids she is helping. We hope to work with her again in the future.

Monica is so talented! She used a variety of activities, based our son’s interests, to make the sessions engaging for him. And those activities not only helped J to learn new skills but also gave him opportunities to work on his challenges, like frustration tolerance. She also provided us, as parents, with valuable insights and strategies to support our child's emotional well-being and learning at home with us. She is awesome!
